Class 3 - WC 24/09/2018

We've had a very busy week in Class 3!

In English we have been working really hard to practice both letter and email writing and understanding how to complete reading comprehensions quickly.

In Maths we have been concentrations really hard to complete word problems. It is very important to have a good grasp of how to complete multi-step word problems as these always crop up on exams.

We went to Aldi this week to buy goodies for the MacMillan Coffee morning which was held in school on Friday. All donations received from the sale of cakes and from non-school uniform will go directly to the MacMillan Charity.

Class 3 made a mean shepherds pie this week! We are getting impressed with the way they are becoming more independent when cooking.

We also went to Guiseley FC again for our football coaching session which the pupils are really enjoying. We have noticed great differences in the way the pupil's are playing football, especially their team work.

We are looking forward to the weekend, and to starting a fresh week in October.
